Policy and disclaimer
Wincom Digital Incorporated (hereinafter “Wincom”) distributes third-party inks and other supplies for digital printing (hereinafter “the product”).
Prices:
All prices quoted on this site are in US dollars. Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars.
Shipping Policy:
A pre-payment with a credit card is required before an order can be shipped out. Orders are shipped within 12 hours from the time of order, subject to delivery availability. Credit cards are charged at the time of shipping by the amount of goods that are actually being shipped plus the cost of a chosen delivery service. We are not being liable for product shortage and/or delays, the causes of which are beyond our control.
Cancellation:
An order placed and accepted by Wincom may be cancelled before it is shipped out, by email or phone notification.
Past Due Account:
Orders will NOT BE SHIPPED for past due accounts.
Warranties:
Products distributed by Wincom are warranted to the extent of the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Any product found to be defective will be replaced upon return of unused defective product. Our liability is limited to replacement or reimbursement for cost of the product purchased from Wincom.
Wincom's liability under foregoing is limited to the products specified above. It is the user's responsibility to immediately cease using defective product. Wincom shall not be liable for labour costs associated with graphic production, graphic application, equipment downtime or any other consequential damages related to a claim under this warranty.
In no event will Wincom be liable to the customer or to anyone else for damages of any kind, including without limitation, non-specified direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue or business) resulting from or in any way related to its Wincom products or to this warranty.
Warranty does not apply to defects caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, tampering, improper storage or out of date product.
Wincom stands behind the quality of its products. Wincom cannot, however, guarantee the finished results because Wincom exercised no control over individual operation and production procedures. While technical information and advice on the use of its product is provided in good faith, the user bears sole responsibility for selecting the appropriate product for their end use requirements. Users are also responsible for testing to determine that our products will perform as expected during the printed item's entire life cycle from printing, post print processing, and shipment to end use. Wincom's products have been specially formulated for digital printing, and they have not been tested by any method. Any liability associated with the use of the products is limited to the value of the product purchased from Wincom.
Damage claims:
If any product is damaged in shipment and damage is attributed to the delivery service, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim promptly with the delivery service. Wincom cannot be held responsible for such damage. If damage is hidden at the time of receipt and deemed to be not the fault of the delivery service (for example, a leaking container), a claim should be made to Wincom within 30 days of receipt. Wincom will decide at the time of claim whether or not the damaged goods need to be returned.
Product Returns:
The purchase merchandise may be returned to Wincom within 30 days from the day of purchase, for an exchange or a full refund. Shipping expense shall be paid by Wincom. Prior to sending the merchandise back to us, the customer has to obtain an RMA number and instructions for shipping by calling or emailing the customer support. We will accept only unused, unopened product, which arrives in undamaged condition.
Disclaimer
Though Wincom declares compatibility of the product with certain printing equipment mentioned on the site, the product may not have been approved by manufacturers of that equipment.
The product may only be used at customer’s sole risk. Wincom is not responsible for any damage to your hardware occurred as a result of product usage. Wincom is not responsible for any suspension or cancellation of warranty and/or a technical support (including a refusal to supply spare parts) from a manufacturer, a dealer, or another organization providing a support to customer. Wincom is not responsible for any damage, harm or injury, resulted from usage, handling or storage of the product, directly or indirectly, regardless of cause.
The terms, conditions and warranties stated hereby are the only authorized by Wincom and are in lieu of all other expressed or implied warranties or representations. We reserve the right to change prices and/or polices without prior notification.
